ORDERING
Ready to order? Simply select your favorite item, add the quantity to your cart, select the correct quantity discount and then when you've finished shopping, click Check Out. Once your billing address and shipping address has been entered, the total for the order will appear next to the payment option. For orders outside of the USA, please email us so that we may send you a Paypal invoice.

ORDER TRACKING
We ship our orders as quickly as possible and update the tracking information upon shipment. You may track your order by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order has shipped to you directly from one of vendors, your tracking information may be delayed but we will email it to you as soon as we have received it.
 
WILL I GET AN EMAIL AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER? AFTER MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will also receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped.
 
RETURNS
We back all of our merchandise with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. To return an item, you must contact us for a return authorization number. Shipments returned without an RA will be refused and sent back to you.
 
If the error was caused by us, we will replace the merchandise immediately and arrange for pick up of the wrong item. If the product was damaged in transit, we will immediately send out a replacement part. If the error was not caused by us or you changed your mind and have decided to return the merchandise and shipped to you under our free shipping policy, you will be responsible for the return freight and the original shipping charge that WE paid to ship the item to you along with a 10% restocking charge that we must pay to the warehouse and are required to pass along to you. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by our warehouse within 10 days of your original receipt of the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Items returned without an RA # will be refused and sent back to you - no exceptions as we operate a very large warehouse and the RA # ensures the merchandise is checked in and processed quickly. Sorry no returns for any reason after 10 days.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Warehouse will ship out free replacement parts if any damage occurs. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, warehouse will offer a return for a full refund. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
